Annual General Meeting

Insurances

The Compassionate Friends Queensland maintains insurance appropriate to its activities, including:

• Broadform Liability Insurance — limit of $20,000,000;
• Directors and Officers Liability Insurance — limit of $5,000,000; and
• Volunteer Workers Insurance — limit of $500,000.

These policies provide protection in connection with TCFQ’s authorised activities and operations, subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and limits of those policies.
