TCF Founder Visit

The dinner with founder Canon Simon Stephens was very successful with many people coming along to hear Simon speak about how he founded TCF in the UK in 1969 and his life story. Mick De Brenni member for Springwood came along to support us and his visit was much appreciated. Donation cheque received

Joy and Karen were invited down to Grill’d in Fortitude Valley (Brisbane) recently to pick up a donation cheque of $100 and have a photo taken for the Grill’d website. If you haven’t visited Grill’d, this initiative is done through their Local Matters program. There are 3 jars in the store each month, each with a nominated charity. When people purchase a burger they are given a bottle cap and asked to choose which one of the charity…

2015 Walk to Remember

We had perfect weather again for our annual walk. Vera Caltabiano, TCF President, thanked our special guest Vicki Howard, Councillor for Central Ward, for coming along to support us once again. A couple of poems were read before we all assembled for our walk around the park.

2014 Candlelight Remembrance Service

Our Christmas Candlelight service was held on Sunday 14th December. It was a very special evening where we remembered and paid tribute to our precious children in a very special way. Parents and siblings read out poems and messages for their child/siblings, along with music and slideshows.
