The Compassionate Friends Qld offers online support that can be accessed from the browser on a personal computer, an app on your phone or tablet, or via telephone.
Online support is conducted using Zoom video conferencing.
Joining on a Computer or Mobile Device
To join the meeting from your computer or mobile device, click the link provided to you in an email. Before joining, you should download the Zoom app from the Zoom Download Center. If you do not wish to install the Zoom app, you can join the meeting from within the browser instead.

Joining on a Phone
To join the meeting by phone, dial one of the teleconferencing numbers provided in the email invite. You will be prompted for the meeting ID number which is a unique number allocated to that meeting and is included in your email invitation.
