This workshop will help you to find ways to assist you when you are on your own and looks at some insights, strategies and reflections that Trish has found to be effective in navigating her grief after losing her seven-year-old son Thomas.

Trish Carpenter is an author, a speaker, an educator and a bereaved mother. Her book, “Big Hand, Little Hand” chronicles the bravery of her young son Thomas, and her grief since brain cancer took his life in 2019. Trish is passionate about finding meaning in all that she has experienced and hopes her reflections can bring comfort and resonance to others.
