2017 Annual Grief & Loss Seminar
Posted: 26 June, 2017
17 June 2017
O’Shea Centre, 19 Lovedale Street, Wilston (Brisbane)
This year’s theme was ‘Gift of Your Greatness’ with keynote speaker Susan Ball. Susan’s presentation highlighted how we can unlock the gifts of our own greatness, and begin to live authentically from a place of joy and hope. Through connecting from the heart and through story-telling, we can strengthen our emotional, spiritual and physical wellness.
Workshops were well attended and most participants gained helpful insights.
The new venue this year proved very successful with many positive comments from participants.
Many newly bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents, along with friends and support people attended for the first time this year and during the breaks were able to connect and share their stories.

Kerry’s local chapter of the Masons raised over $800 and this was met $ for $ by Hand Heart Pocket – the Charity of Freemasons Queensland https://handheartpocket.org.au/ resulting in a donation to TCFQld of $1632.00.
Thank you very much from all at TCF for your donation which will be much appreciated in our ongoing support for bereaved families.
